The independently wealthy mean couple’s mansion is here for TS2.
In some rooms, light is a luxury. Add some light sources, if you don’t want your sims to live in darkness 12 hours a day.
Besides, there is a wall-hanging telephone in the master bedroom. You may want to remove it, but this is the way the Snooty Patooties live in TS1.
In TS1, the house is located at 2 Sim Lane, meaning the lot is of a size of 45x55. In TS2 I used a 50x60 lot, so you may notice blanks on the north and west side.
Your house may look different from the pictures, since I am using Gunmod's Radiance Light System 2.4. Thanks, Gunmod and Definer, for bringing more pleasant light to my game!

A copy of this lot has been play-tested. Don't worry about the mail carrier in some screenshots - the lot that you are about to download is brand new.
