I noticed this house one day when I went for a concert rehearsal in the building next to it. I've always liked the look of the building and noticed it was up for sale so when I got home I looked it up! So here it is built for you to enjoy. I've tried to keep to the layout as best I can given the limitations of the game.

Spire House is a 3 bedroom house with a large lounge and an eat in kitchen. The lounge is full height and you can enjoy views from the galleried upper hallway. The third bedroom is small but has everything that a young child would need. The tower room would make a lovely bedroom for a teenager or even a guest.

The gardens are extensive with a pond and fountain in the front and a pool in the rear. The rear patio is enclosed by arches. The garden is planted with mature shrubs and trees. There is a driveway for one car.
