This is a two bedroomed cottage with a river at the bottom of the garden. The single bedroom is decorated for a little boy. It has a cute little kitchen with eating space, small lounge area and a lovely bright sunroom that looks out over the garden. There are two little patios, one with a bbq and seating area and the other with a water feature.

It has an oversized garage with a small gym at the rear. Backing onto the garage is a greenhouse with plots for planting. There is also a small orchard. Go over the bridge and you will find a summerhouse with small kitchen, sitting space and toilet facilities.
