For those of you that follow me you will recognise this build as the former Oldie household although it has been slightly tweaked for upload here on MTS. This version comes unfurnished due to the amount of custom content I use in my game so it is ready for you to decorate!
This is a clean build / lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
Note: In the original build I used the Sims 3 Conversion - Freedom Fence by SmugTomato however due to the creators policy I could not include with this version so please download for yourselves if you would like to fence in the yard.
Special thanks to Honeywell for creating the custom content I used in this build.
