The Sims 3 Twinbrook will always hold a special place in my heart so I brought part of this world to life in The Sims 2!

I currently use this build in my Pleasantview LP although it has been slightly tweaked for upload here on MTS. This version comes fully furnished with minimal custom content.

The grocery is fully functional as standard and the lot can be made into a Sim owned business using Open for Business. If you choose to leave it as a generic community lot as I have, the bookstore functions more as a library with an added coffee shop on the third floor.

This is a clean build / lot; no sim has ever visited. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
