These are small, minimalistic two-story houses for single sims, that serve as apartments.

On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom and a living room, that serves also as kitchen and dining room. On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with access to balcony. Each apartment has also a private backyard. All apartments have the same equipment and cost, the only difference is different wall and floor color in bedroom. The rent is $1303 per week.
