This community lot is based on the buildings, that can be found in French Quarters in New Orleans, Louisiana. This building looks the best, when placed on a street corner.

On the ground floor there is a restaurant with bar, music stand and a public bathroom.
The first floor is a gaming area with a bar. Sims can use poker, chess or billards tables.
The second floor is shopping area with a coffee stand and a public bathroom. There are 4 shops: 2 clothes shops, a grocery and shop with miscellanous stuff.

There are 4 CCs used on this lot:
- Wrought Iron Porch Set *w/Recolorable Modular Stairs* by tbudgett - dark green porch addon (trim) and porch fence
- Lafenetre Revised by Windkeeper - white glass door
- Jazz Wall Speaker for Community Lots by zeroth - speakers playing jazz music

There are 2 download files, one with CCs and one without. The "No CC" one has no default replacements for missing stuff.
