This is a four-storey dorm for 12 sims. The ground floor has kitchen, dining room and learning room. The frontyard has equipment for fitness and sport activities. Each floor above ground floor has 4 rooms and a bathroom. Sims can access higher floors with stairs or lift.

- ResiStall Astro 7" Public Toilet Recolors (white brown and black) by whistlrr - white toilet stall recolour

There are 2 download files:
- "Cozy White Dorms CC" - contains CC
- "Cozy White Dorms no CC" - white stalls were replaced with standard green ones.
