The Town Life Stuff Pack is one of my favourites - modern furnishings/plenty of decorative objects and love the community lots.

Please note:
I have included the Mount of Comfort Dining Chair (a Sims 3 Base Game object) as it is utilized in the Noble Tome Library Community Lot.
The Curvaceous Square and Right Angle Brigade partitions can link together to make a longer partitions.
The Circulation Center Sectional Seating requires a mod from Inge Jones Is Sofa a Sectional Mod https://modthesims.info/d/189428/.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
