This adds Cellulite for Teen to Elder Sims for all Genders.
It can be found in the Armband category in accessories

It is fully castable for Skintones and it has already 3 preinstats for Light, Medium and Dark skincolours.

The texture belongs to Miiko aswell

Disclaimer It may look really good in Create a Sim, but really meh in live mode, at least when I tested it. Please let me know how it looked in your live mode
