When making this house, I decided to search for inspiration by turning to artificial intelligence. I asked AI to generate a "green suburban bungalow" and then tried my best to recreate it, making minor changes where needed.
This is the house that the artifical intelligence came up with!
This house isn't particularly created for sims with specific traits, any sim with any personality could live here.
There are enough beds for two people to live here.
There are four rooms. A living room and kitchen combo, a bathroom that's connected to a laundry room (which also holds the bathtub), and a bedroom.
No CC was used. World Adventures, Ambitions, and 70's 80's and 90's Stuff were used.
