This is the first lot I have built for the public to download, so please excuse me if it's not high-quality, I am still learning!
This house was built with frugal sims and technophobes in mind, with minimal electronics and cheap furniture.
There are three rooms total. One bathroom, one kitchen, and a main living space.
The bathroom has a bathtub, but no shower. It is 3x3.
The kitchen is 4x3 and comes with all basic appliances + a microwave.
The main living space has a bed, desk, and bookshelf. It is 6x5.
The house is furnished for one, but can comfortably hold two adults.
No CC was used. Some items from the University EP were used.
