Hi everyone, I've made this starter home, but I haven't got time to play test it. Could you please test it, and let me know what you think of it?
The outside looks a bit bare, but you could change that. I wanted to keep the cost down as much as possible.

It's 2 levels
Basement - which has the bedroom and bathroom.
Ground Floor- Living room, and Dining/Kitchen.

It costs ยง19,914. It's mostly furnished, but with cheap items, so if your Sim has a bit more cash, you could splash out a bit! I made the custom parts.
It's on a 3x2 lot, so there's still room to extend, or build a pool, or have a bigger garden.

*EDIT* As pointed out - lol - I got the lot size wrong, it's 3x2. Sorry for any confusion.
