DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS: This is a Sims 2 Clean Installer file, so using Q-Xpress won't do the trick. Just download the .zip and run the file. You MUST have Sims 2 Clean Installer installed on your compy.
Okay, well, this is my first lot I ever made with the Sims 2, so don't beat me up too much about it. You don't need any EPs, but having them won't hurt. Please, please, PLEASE let me know if I messed up on the Clean Installer and left any Sims or clothes. You can contact me at neshcom@gmail.com .
Included in this file:
Cappucino Theme Recolours and Objects (by Funny2401): http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=80826
Acrylic Theme Recolours and Objects (by funami1300): http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=82349
Alienware PC (Sims 2 Exchange): http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/obj...xchange_objects
Sauna Theme Objects (by sissy04): http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=84717
All of the Cappucino, about half of the Sauna set, and a small portion of the Acrylic theme are included in the file.
Technical Details:
2 bedrooms (master and guest)
3 bathrooms (master, guest, and downstairs)
2 floors and 1 foundation level
1 kitchen with refrigerator, oven, garbage disposal, 2 sinks, and a kitchen bar
5 different seating areas (2 in living room, 1 in bedroom, one around the jacuzzi, and one in guest room)
This house (fully furnished) should cost you ~$200 000. If requested, I'll also make a no furniture one as well (assuming that I can actually do that).
I loved working on the landscaping, but sadly I had to remove a few trees. They really blocked off the deck. It had great curb appeal, but this really makes the deck more functional. Originally, two large 2x2 trees were on both sides of the front gate and they branched over it giving it an archway effect. I also planned on there being a tree in the house right as you walk in, but the whole "trees are outside" thing really messed me up. The living room (where it is currently) was going to be a dining room, but that got scraped as soon as I did the kitchen.
I spent two (2) days on this house and I've almost gone crazy. This morning, I started laughing like crazy for no reason. I didn't start this house hoping to put it on the exchange, mind you, but for myself.
BEWARE!! This house is huge which makes keeping track of more than 3 different sims (especially if Free Will is on). Seriously, I had a guy give birth and I didn't notice. Hilarity insued.
Feel free to mess around with this, but if you do, I'd rather you just didn't submit your version anywhere at all. Not here. Not the Sims Exchange. Not your own personal website. Nowhere.
Thank you so much for even reading this and I hope you like this lot!
SCREENSHOT DISCLOSER: The screenshots showcase the house with ceiling lights, but eveyone has different lighting choices, so the file is sans lights. Sorry peeps. If you don't have some sort of realistic light mod, this might not matter to you.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
