This is a dormitory I created for Sim State University.

There are 6 dorm rooms and 2 sets of bathrooms. There's a cafeteria, a loungeroom, a hobby area, a library, and a roof hangout spot. There's also a parking lot in the back to hang out in, complete with a driveway so your sims can have cars.

Everything is fully furnished, and there are only TWO cc items included (the fence and large windows), the rest is all maxis. I also fully play-tested everything as a functioning dorm so there shouldn't be any issues.

I included the RESIDENTIAL version of this lot in case you wanted to make any structural changes before converting it to a dorm.
