***Important: I used a lot of items from the IKEA pack. Without it, a bunch of tables, seating, and decor will be missing.***

Welcome to SSU Learning Labs, courtesy of Landgraab Industries. On the ground floor, you'll find general-purpose rooms that are useful to all majors, such as the library and computer lab. Upstairs, you'll find research and practical labs for the fields of biology, botany, medicine, and robotics. Remember to practice basic lab safety and turn the lights off when you leave.

Some Lore:
- As a new addition to the school, the building looks like the dormitories instead of the old school buildings.
- The cafe looks different from the rest of the building because they leased the space to a corporate coffee chain.
- The elevator is for lab equipment and sims with mobility issues. If you are able-bodied, please use the stairs.
- The cowplant was someone's senior thesis project. They never came back to pick it up. The faculty are now afraid to move it.
- Because this was paid for by the Landgraab company, I recommend placing it next to the Landgraab dorm (you'll have to scooch the dorm over).
