Tired of bland Maxis dorms? The Cubic Metre Dorms are anything but! Your science and computer geek sims can now study in comfort, while also being able to count how many triangles and squares make up this futuristic dorm. They may in fact wonder if they are staying at a luxury hotel instead of a university dorm.

Features:

Outside
The Pool. Just because you're a geek doesn't mean you don't keep fit.
Quiet areas to sit
Landscaping. Because uni students have better things to do than tend a large garden, all the hedges are plastic. The other plants are real and will need an inaccessible plant or perfect plant mod to keep them looking nice.

The Ground Floor
> Kitchen and dining room complete with pool views.
>Hallway with lift and stairs.
>Library with chess set and ant farm. Also has pool views.
>Bathroom

Middle Floor
This is the entertainment area with a variety of activities.
>Pool Table
>Large TV room
>mahjong
>Small kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and trash compacter.
> Two arcade games
>Two small toilets
> Seating
>Soda and snack machines.
>Right balcony has 3 easels
>Left balcony has a telescope and chess.

Top Floor
There is a sitting area, a bathroom and the dorm rooms on the top floor
There is one double and one single luxury rooms with private bathrooms and 3 regular but roomy dorm rooms, all with balcony access overlooking the pool. Hopefully no student will think it's a good idea to dive off from there...

Double Suite

Double bed, built in wardrobe, desk with lap top, couch, book case and en-suit bathroom.

Single Suite

Bed, built in wardrobe, desk with lap top and en-suit bathroom.

Green and Blue Room

All three rooms have a bed, desk with lap top, chest of draws and a mirror.

Purple and Yellow Room
