This lovely residential lot is loosely based upon this video. I'm sure all you builders know the struggle of building in the Sims using a real house as a reference. I'll be polite and just say it's a pain in the caboose. xD

This modern home with a touch of the traditional was originally built in Newcrest on the, you guessed it, Asphault Abodes lot. It features two bedroom, 2 full baths, a laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living room. The partial wrap around porch is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon in the shade. This home's back yard is cozy, yet fun. It features a pool, small lounging area, and two water collectors for your environmentally conscious Sim.
