Base Game Only is a save file all neighbourhoods and lots are renovated.
Just used base game objects, clothes and Holiday Celebration free pack.

In this save file there are so many currently not in world sims. If you want to start a new challenge (like runaway teen, not so berry, legacy) you can use pre-made sims for your challenge. And also you can move them to their specific lot.

Some of my friends (simmers) help me to finish this save file. (Mapsholic, Sim Smyrna, Ali Haydar Colak, Doruk Efe, Simmer Ayaz, Sila)

*INSTALLATION*
Install the save file here: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Saves

Important: I didnt rename the file so if you have the same name save (Slot_00000006.save) you shuld rename my file before downloading it.
