The idea is that this save file provides a refreshed and slightly more fleshed out starting point than the one you get when you click the "New Game" button in the Main Menu. When I want to start a new gameplay, I paste a copy of this save file in my \saves folder, rename it, and load that one in-game Find step-by-step instructions below.

All lots and edited EA premades are also available individually on the gallery! ID is quiescence90

I started work on this in 2020 and there have been multiple patches since. I am currently re-rebuilding the older builds, but many of these lots were completed before (most notably) platforms, free window+door placement, ceiling, and infant updates.
  • No CC or mods required
  • You can use this with no packs, any combination of packs, or all packs installed
  • Basegame worlds only - other worlds will be as default if you have packs installed
  • Hidden Lots (Sylvan Glade and Forgotten Grotto) also remain unchanged
  • 2 versions available:
    • Inhabited with edited EA premades (Willow Creek & Oasis Springs only, Newcrest shipped without premades)
    • Uninhabited (all my builds but NO SIMS)

Installation


Warning
Rename the file if you already have a save file with the same number
Save Game in Live Mode with any existing or newly created household before deleting my placeholder simself
