100 Ramaswami Rd - 1 CC item included | 2 bed | 2 bath | 34,987 simoleons

The Ramaswami family was the second family on my sim bin list to build a home! Their default household budget is 35,000 simoleons and this home came out just 13 simoleons under. I did my best to capture south Asian architecture (in my own way) as I wanted to tailor this home to their Indian culture. I hope you and your sims enjoy!

Note: The 1 CC item included is the Invisible Floor Tile by moonlight_muse here at MTS! This is not necessary for the home at all, but it does get rid of a few annoying CFE cheat triangles by the entrance stairs.

Another Note: Some screenshots show the lot without its trees due to obstruction. The lot does indeed come with trees on it (for anyone who cares about the little things)!
