If the Dodgeball reference above didn't put you off -- this is just a gym equipped with a pool on the ground floor, weight and cardio machines on the second floor (with a tatami area for stretching) and a dance / martial arts room on the third floor.

External area has a little bar and a grill.

Simple modern architecture with black, white and red cause I couldn't be arsed to coordinate more than 3 colours.

I needed a gym in my game that had this vibe and wasn't too big and slow to run. Maybe someone wants it too.
