I was perusing the internet last night & came across a very pretty modern cottage. Decided to try and recreate it. It's not the most faithful of recreations, however, I think I did a pretty decent job. To be honest, I have been experimenting a bit too much with the curvy roofs lately, but I can't help it so here is another! Hehehe.

It's got 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. I deal for a somewhat big family who aren't too well off.
