May 5th, 2024 Update: Rebuilt and re-uploaded fixed lot file. Some downloaders may have had issues with the previous file where their sims would not age and/or the time would not sync. This is because I had sims on the lot prior to upload (silly mistake!) with aging off and sethour cheats enabled. The new file should be nice and fresh!

Despite the name of this lot, this home was built for the Roseland family. They are the third household I've completed for my sim bin project! It's a simple, minimal home with all the necessities for Cyd and his puppy Porthos. With a budget of 20k this leaves their household with 57 simoleons to spare. I hope you and your sims enjoy!
