Hello and welcome!

So I love the 80s. I love neons. And I love synthwave.
During winter my obsession with those always increases to the sky and beyond (don't ask why, it's been like this for years) and recently it evolved into a burning desire to build something Vice City/Miami Vice/Hotline Miami inspired again (btw I honestly can't believe that one Hotline Miami inspired night club is still my most popular build lol).

Now, this mansion is not 100% authentic to the 80s because I was aiming more for the vibes rather than historical accuracy, but I did my best to stay as close as possible.
It may also seem like a bit of a mess style-wise because while at first I was looking at different references, eventually I just went with the flow and did whatever I wanted.

The first floor is this massive open space that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The second floor provides a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, some sort of arcade space and an office.
Plus there is a two-car garage, a pool and a patio complete with a bar.

This lot needs (a ton of) CC so don't forget to check the CC required section.
It's also quite heavy. I'm not sure why since there's not that much furniture, but I'm assuming it's because of all the neons.

Oh, and the Ferrari and Dodge seen on the images are neither included or required, but you can get them at FPC if you want.

Note: you'll also need Deco Magazines + High Times Recolor! Their site is acting a bit weird, but all you have to do is scroll down until you see the title you need.

The lot size is 50x50, the price is 271.349.
