Hello and welcome!

In my Belmont Manor upload I mentioned that originally it was built for a machinima. Now in that machinima there was a short scene that was going to take place at an old gas station. Originally I wanted to download one (there was one specific build that I loved, it's kinda hard to track down now, but I'm sure I saw it somewhere on Garden Of Shadows forum), but recently I thought: "Ok, what if I theoretically started working on that machinima right now, why wouldn't I just build a gas station myself?"

And so I did. Four times. Kinda...
This is the same lot, but in different versions and I'm gonna talk a bit about each of them further on.

Still In Business version:



This is the lot I used as a base and it's the only one of the set that is a community lot. It's CC free, and basically serves as a small grossery store. Not much to say about it, except that the price is 97,014. Also, I'm actually using it in my custom 'hood

Shut Down version:



This is an empty and slightly grundified variant of Still In Business and basically portraits the gas station the way it would've looked right after it got closed. Also CC free, residential, the price is 72,808.

Abandoned version:



Now this is the variant I'd use in the machinima. Grungy, dirty, definitely been disfunctional for a while now. Loaded with a ton of CC, so don't forget to check the "CC Required" list. The only CC included are cars because most (if not all?) of them were made by VoVillia and those are nowhere to be found nowadays, sadly. The price is 67,934.

Forotten version:



Ngl I wasn't sure if I wanted to upload this one because it's not that different from the previous version. The only changes are that I moved some stuff around and made it look like the place is slowly falling apart. Basically it's Abandoned, but like... even more abandoned lol. This one doesn't include any CC and requires all the same stuff as does the previous version PLUS Demolition Set, METRO and Industrial Constructions. I added them into the "CC Required" list, but you don't have to download them if you don't need this version of the lot. The price is 35,137 (also I'm sorry but I think it's funny and oddly convenient how the price keeps dropping with every version lmao).

The size of all four versions is 40x40.
