So I have a list of projects I've worked on in the past that I think could really use some upgrades, and my version of 189 Geary Avenue is at the top of it. As I was brainstorming ways to improve it (which, unfortunately, seems like a daunting task since I have no clue where to start), I remembered that I had actually built something for this empty lot years ago.
It took me about 10 minutes to search through my old save files to find this thing. Then, I spent a couple of hours renovating it (originally, it was supposed to be an abandoned warehouse or something, but since most of the CC I used back then is now missing (as always), I had to turn it into something different), and voila! Now it's a pretty decent loft-style residential lot.
There's two floors. The first floor is an open space garage with plenty of entertainment options for you and your guests if you plan on inviting some over. The second floor is a studio-like apartment, with only the bathroom being a separate room.
Additionally, there is a backyard with a hot tub and other amenities that can come in handy while your sim is hanging out with friends.
Honestly, I would be lying if I said I don't prefer this lot over the one I've made earlier lol.
The lot size is 20x40, the price is 105.842.
No CC used/included.
