Hello and welcome!

Yet another 80s/synthwave themed build. I've got an idea for this one right after I finished my Sunglasses At Night mansion, as at first it was supposed to get the Dance Hall Days name, but then I decided that it would suit more to some night club, rather than a residence.

So yes, this is a night club/bar/restaurant, which, as you can definitely notice, took some heavy inspiration from the Malibu Club from GTA: Vice City.

Consists of two dining areas, a kitchen, a bar, a huge dancefloor (which, as I discovered upon testing the lot, isn't functional, as sims prefer dancing on the small stage right by the dj booth. I guess you can fix that by moving the booth closer to the edge of the stage or just placing it right on the dancefloor, but I decided to keep things as they are for the aesthetics sake), a luxurious office (perfect for planning bank heists or something, iykyk lol), a huge balcony with some hangout spots, a small storage room for keeping the music instruments out of sight when needed, a spacious parking lot in the back and lots and lots of neons.

Don't forget to check the CC Required list as this thing needs a bunch of those.

The lot size is 40x50.
The price is 273.072.
