This is a lot I have been working on for some time
It is the house from the old horror film "Amityville II - The Possession" I previously made it many years ago for The Sims 2 and you can find it in my older downloads

The house itself does not exist since it was just a set but I love the look and layout of it so I just had to recreate it.
It does need one piece of CC and that is the quarter moon windows that where hard to find for TS4 but I managed to locate them.
They are made by Mathcope at sims4studio but it seems he is no longer active. From what I can tell he does not allow the sharing of meshes so I have provided the link to his creation
It should work to dl them without registration at the site.

The only thing I´m not happy about with the lot is that there is no triangle or sloping walls that can hide the basement stairs under the main stairs. I had to remove the walls from the main stairs to place the basement ones and with that you can still see them from the first floor. I have put some bookshelves there in place just to hide the hole but it does not look quite right. If you have any idea on how to fix that or where I might find a decorative sloping wall please let me know


The house is very run down and needs some renovation to make you sims happy I think.
The first floor has a kitchen, diningroom, familyroom and a sunroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms, an office and two bathrooms.
The attic has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The basement has a lot of junk, washer/dryer and boiler......and perhaps some demons.....

Please use bb.moveobjects before placing the lot!

I have provided some shots of the "real" house from the movie.
