Welcome to 36 South. The apartment building from your....dreams? no....nightmares...probably....
Situated in a run down part of the city you will find 36 South. It houses six apartments of dubious standard so if you want happy tennants you better get started with the renovations. However if you just want to bring in the simoleons without doing anything at all to it, that's up to you

The entrance floor houses an abandoned restaurant/bar aswell as a utility room, laundry room and a workout/crafting room to atleast pretend you want your renters to have a nice time. The garden is overgrown and consist mostly of concrete and wired fences, but hey you don´t need to worry about mowing any grass.

There are three two-bedroom and three one-bedroom apartments and all have one bathroom that may or may not include hot water.....

I made this lot just for fun but I kinda liked doing some renovation to it since I mostly play the game to build.
