Another renovation of a residential lot from Sunset Valley, once known as Asilomar and owned by the Single Moms household.

This home is heavily influenced by them, particularly the McIrish family, where I’ve integrated a few Irish elements into the interior design, such as earthy tones of greens, browns and blues. Additionally, I’ve utilized wood and stone textures both on the exterior and interior, creating a sense of warmth and depth.

This lot is base game compatible, so no expansion packs were used. It’s a fully furnished house featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen dining room, a living room with a fireplace, carport with two bike racks and a backyard with a small garden and ample space for children to play.

Inside Molly’s room or the guest bedroom, I’ve included a crib and once her/the baby ages up to a child, a bunk bed can be placed in River’s room or the second bedroom. There’s also space in the house for baby items or toys if desired.

With the Single Moms Family having 70,319 in family funds, they’ll be able to comfortably afford this house if you decide to place them here.
