In my rebuilding of Sunset Valley, I wanted a place where my sims wouldn't be in just a house. I haven't quite managed how to do apartments properly, so this was the next best thing.

The house to the left is your sims apartment, the other two are hidden to give the appearance of other sims living there as well.



There's two bedrooms, one and half bathrooms, a laundry room, seperated kitchen, but open living room and dining room. It includes a one car garage, with room to add some bike racks if you prefer that.
