No Autonomous Snubbing

This is my first upload ever! It's a simple mod that stops teenage sims from autonomously snubbing each other. You can still choose to snub other sims manually but all autonomous snubbing has been completely disabled.

Perfect for households with multiple teenagers, because it gets annoying when they constantly snub each other for no reason.

Update 5/26/2024:
I noted some comments saying it wasn't working and teenagers were still snubbing each other, so I went back and tried to fix the issue. See if it works now, I played a household with 2 teens for an in game week and they did not snub each other at all the entire time :D
