The matchmaker returns people with whom the current releationship is nearly zero, instead of completely absent. A revised filter for NPCs. If the person knows everyone, the matchmaker will start returning people with relationship instead of giving bad chemistry. Neighbors currently in commitment are not returned, except if they have romance aspiration. Different ages are less likely. Higher attraction within the payment range is more likely. If the gypsy can't find anybody, she will not charge money.

Over time, most people become "known" through random encounters and unavailable through the matchmaker.
