Hello! I created this lot a long time ago when I wanted to place a consignment store in Sunset Valley but didn’t really liked the premade lot EA provided because it was too big and a consignment lot was not a priority for my active family at the time.

I cleaned this lot of CC clutter and kept it strictly for Ambitions expansion pack, which is required for the consignment lot to work in your game. This is a flat lot with a size of 10x10, making it easier to place in any world or flat surface.

For some reason, this lot is popular with inactive sims and it can get a little crowded. So I removed anything that requires them to linger in that small space (television, radios, gaming tech) except for the small bookcase in the corner. I placed two couches upstairs for them to use and it’s mostly decor on the second floor with a “dressing room”.

This lot has been play-tested and I’ve used it in all my saved games. Let me know if you experience any problems on your end.
