I like when certain community lots are on a small plot of land, as sometimes, the land I use in the worlds I play in is precious. I only want certain lots to sit on those golden larger lots. If a lot is going to be on a larger lot, it is going to be one that I use a lot, or requires a lot of space, or an awesome looking house. The consignment shop isn't one of those for me...

I started to make this lot just as a 'basic' looking shop, but the shelves didn't fit well in my opinion on this smaller lot, so I decided to use music stuff and make it into a music store... Of course another plus of this lot is that sims can actually use the instruments. Though please don't put on more than one radio at a time, cause things could get crazy.
