Sunnyside - An undecorated map based on Desiderata Valley

After 15+ years of lurking on MTS I've finally done it: I actually uploaded something.

I've always loved building my own neighborhoods, but the maps that ship with the game just aren't doing it for me anymore. So, a few days ago I went through the trouble of installing SimCity 4 in order to edit the existing maps, and thus, Sunnyside was born.

Sunnyside is based on Desiderata Valley, but I've edited the existing terrain and road layout heavily, so I don't recommend HoodReplacing it (I haven't even bothered to test it). However, I kept the beachfront nearly identical to how it was, because the possibility of beach lots was the main selling point of the map for me in the first place. I imagine Sunnyside as a bustling downtown with smaller lot sizes, apartments, community lots and a few cul-de-sacs, but I've left space for farms and larger lots on the map as well.

Oh, and you should probably use a camera mod to view Sunnyside in all its glory.
