Hill Valley is a small town, (Or thriving city, whichever you choose)
It is a nice layout, with hills and around it. Some streets that are next to the hills are not able to place lots, or are able to, but look bad. This neighborhood includes a main street for shops, community lots, and littler streets for housing. It looks good in any terrain, except for concrete.
