A riverside and beach neighborhood map.

On this occasion, I have shared with the MTS community a neighborhood map with a channeled river which runs through it from side to side, the landscaping includes mountains, hills and plateaus so you can enjoy an alpine environment.
You will have the opportunity to create a villa with a mountainous theme and incidentally create and place some beach lots near the river, to be able to enjoy this template without problems I have included a guide map which helps you identify the areas where you can place lots beach.

in this neighborhood template you can create and place the beach lots of the sizes that are included in the game, I have referenced a place in said map where it is only possible to place one of the small beach lots that I have created.

If you want to place small lots with the river as background landscape, they are referenced with a reddish color.

The roads are centered in the template and the use of a camera mod is optional, if you have any questions do not forget to leave them in the comments.
