"Fluttering Garments" is not just your local clothes shop. This place also includes an expensive jewelry shop and a small beauty studio on the upper floor. Take your sims here to change their wardrobe and add style to their lives!

I used cheats to build it, I tested it, so it should work fine.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
