Lot description:
This library has been here for a long time as the architecture of the building may suggest. You can gain skills, use the computers and play chess in a nice area near the fireplace all for free here! Many scientists from this city studied here and acquired the knowledge and skills to achieve their life goals. The question is, did they do it with hard work and effort or did they take advantage of the secrets of this building that would provide them with a shortcut?

Recommendation:
I highly recommend to download and use this hack with this lot:
http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/ffs/al/hacks/ and choose 'comm-skilling.zip' and the install it like other mods for this game. It will let your sims gain skills from books and other stuff on the community lots.

I used cheats to build it, I tested it, so it should work fine. Even the bookshelves behind the gate in basement are working!

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
