Le Tour Scientia Ward is a new building that I kind of needed in this University Neighbourhood.
I couldn't find something that I like to place here so I built it on my own 😂

I really tried to keep this lot simple and in styles and shapes of the Académie Le Tour so it would fit the vibe of this University.
This lot is focused on knowledge, tests, innovations, logic and science studies of The Sims world.
The place for students that chose science field of study.
The building offers places to teach future doctors, biologists, or astronomers. There is also a quiet library with the painting of the founder of this ward, a big lecture hall, the cafeteria to get a quick meal between the classes and a secret place on the attic that students came up with to have a place to relax and hang out.

Lot description:

"Scientia Ward is a place of science and innovations. Every knowledge-famished Sim will find answers to it's questions here. All of this was sponsored by the founder sailor who was lost in the seas, S. Q. Arghyle."

(S. Q. Arghyle is a sailor Sim, lost in the seas, mentioned in the description in his portrait object)

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
