Time for a new lot!

This lot has taken a LOONG time and has given me headache and made me so angry I almost gave up. The lot was 99% finished on the 28th of may and then what happend? EA released an update that screwed up my game!
I could neither save or export the lot and when I managed to do that it was unplayable on any computer but mine.
So I took the desicion to wipe my computer clean, reinstall windows, reinstall all of the game and start over again. But with a LOT of thelp from another MTS creator I managed to finish it! I am so greatful to "sg5150" who has both created most of the content used in this lot on request and also listened to my complaining about EA and the game LOL. I´m in debt!

So on to the lot.
This is the famous Motel from the horror movie "Psycho" by Alfred Hitchcock, and also from the TV show "Bates Motel". For this lot I have concentrated on the motel itself to be playable. The mansion in the background is an empty shell for many reasons, the biggest being that I could not find any fake decorative stairs. The house is on a 45 degree angle towards the motel and I wanted it that way, that means I can´t put stairs in the house since EA don´t let us do that and as stated I could not find any fake stairs to use that could be rotated that way. Also when placing furniture and appliances in a house on an angle just doesent look good. Therefor the house is empty (the motel is fully furnished).
You can ofcourse do what you want with the manor if you want to play it as a residence. I will however start my next project soon and that will be to make the Bates Mansion on a separate lot so I can do it justice.

The motel itself has 12 rooms, each with a bathroom. The office has a small room in the back where Norman Bates sleeps and keeps an eye on all the guests....better beware in the shower!

Most of the CC used in this lot was made by the wonderful creator "sg5150" and they are awsome! This CC is shared with the consent of the creator! You will find pictures that show all the CC used amongst the photos of the lot. Thank you!

There are two files to this download. The first one is all the custom cc made by sg5150. Shared with permission. The second one is the lot itself.

Furnished Price: 360.765
Unfurnished: 64.540

The lot is set as residential but can be changed to vacation rental if you have that pack. Or whatever you like!
