This property will delight lovers of old stones.

The nobleman was built on the foundations of an old castle in one height. It is surrounded by a river and is accessible only by 2 walkways (1 at the front and 1 at the rear).

On the ground floor:
1 comfortable living room and fireplace
1 fully equipped kitchen

1 large bedroom with private bathroom (with access to a small terrace)

On the floor:
1 gallery overlooking a small balcony
1 large bedroom with bathroom
1 children’s room
1 room converted into a games room
1 small indoor garden
1 small resting/reading corner

The former guard’s house has been refurbished to accommodate friends or for a large family or for a future co-tenant:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 shared bathroom with toilet

The river is rich in fish, with 2 corners for fishing on the eastern shore, but also carp.Some witnesses apparently saw sharks...

Some testimonies also speak of ghosts seen in the main building ...
