S4to3 Thought Bubble Overhaul ♡

I've created a default replacement for the Sims 3 balloon headliner using updated icons from the Sims 4. This mod gives your game a fresh and modern look, bringing the iconic Sims 4 style to your Sims 3 gameplay. Its easier to update the aesthetics of the sims 3 to be a bit more modern than it is to download 1000+ mods to make sims 4 playable! Whether you have all the packs installed or none at all, this mod will work seamlessly—no expansions or additional content are required.

How to Install:

1. Download the mod file
2. Extract the contents using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip.
3. Place the extracted .package file into your Sims 3 Mods > Packages folder. (If you don’t have a Mods folder, you can easily create one following any basic Sims 3 modding guide.)
4. Start your game and enjoy the new look!
