94 Road to Nowhere Makeover

I barely played on the original lot, so I built a replacement similar to it but much more compact, which removed useless parts and added a gym. I hope sims in the military career and the future sports champion will find it useful.
It has an abandoned atmosphere because I think its appearance is the product of the failed investment in making Strangetown a tourist attraction in past eras, and you can remove the overgrowth if you want.
At least one of the same functional items is available, only the lowest diving board is available, the ladder and slide are also available.
There is a picture showing where I placed it in my Strangetown. If you place it like I did or further to the right, the terrain will not change.
The lot was built in Jawusa's Empty Strangetown, cleaned and compressed, checked with clean installer.
