And last but not least, in my quest to give Strangetown a makeover, I made an apartment that I thought fit right in. It's modest and small, but I felt this worked well since the neighborhood is already small with only five families in a new file (if you don't include the two binned households).

The apartments themselves are very much meant to be starters for one or two sims starting out while the communal lounge just has some things to keep them entertained and a great place to meet others.

This was inspired by another desert apartment that someone made and I used to have but I just can't find it. If anyone knows something, I would love to give credit.

To rent any room 'fully furnished' (even though I did the bare minimum) you will need to either enable cheats and shift click on the front door or use thetechnosim's mod that enables that interaction on the door without using the cheat.

I did include certain object mods that I personally use as well as for convenience for others.
Pescado's FFS Lot Debugger is near the front door of the lounge while TwoJeff's Visitor Controller and his Sim Blender are on the second floor of the lounge. You do not need these do download the lot.
