Howdy!
This is the third, and last starter home I made for Strangetown. If you start up a new Strangetown, this lot is simply empty. So while it is technically a real lot within the town, if does not have anything for me to renovate so I simply made it another starter house.
Once again, it is simple and has very little basics. But it is also large enough to quickly expand and add more things if you want without having to build out too much right away.
Custom content was used but only one is truly needed and the others are optional but really recommended!
You will need:
Honeywell’s “Bespoke Build Set” and “Bespoke Floors & Walls”. If nothing else, grab the mailbox shelf! It’s super helpful.
Recommended:
Brasstex’s "Hurricane Fencing and matching Hurricane Gate".
LordCrumps’ Road Overlay and Matching Floor Tiles from “New Hood and Road Default Replacements”. I personally use this so that is why I included it here. If you choose not to get this, you will simply not see the road overlay in front of the lot, as well as the road and sidewalk tiles that I used for the path to the front door and the driveway.
Roddyaleixo’s “Invisible Driveway & Extensions”. I think most people have this already but if you don’t, I highly recommend it!
