Pleasantview 20 Years in the Past CC free

For the 20-Year anniversary of Sims 2 I made a version of Pleasantview set 20 Years in the Past! So you can Play Characters like Cassandra ore Dina in they Child and Teenhood. All the important Families, even the once you can't play in the originals like the Matlapins are here. The Neighborhood is of cost mostly based on the original but takes inspiration from the Sims 1 Families (Newbies, Burbs, Goths) and only a bit from the Sims 3 version (Broke Family).

This includes making Michael Bachelor younger than Bella and a Teen, so the Player can send him off to College, following the Storyline of Sims 1 not Sims 2. For the Newbies and Burbs it mostly the design of the Parents and the inclusion of the Dogs.
The Broke Family is mostly based on the Sims 3 version, since they no part of Sims 1 and have very little play in Sims 2.


How was it made?

Characters like the Goths have been extracted from the original game, imported into Body Shop and aged down there, so they all should grow up to look like they Pleasantview Counterparts. Characters you can only find in the Family tree have been build in Body shop to look as close as possible, since many of them have broken Templates in the original.

All the Caliente Family members have recessive Alien Genetics like in Clean Pleasantview by meetmeovertheriver

There are also a pool of Townies, which include aged down versions of Pleasantview Townies, Bluewater Characters and some original new ones


Lots:

Pleasantview has 6 Community Lots. A Grocery and Pet Store, an Arcade and Club, a Graveyard, a Teen Hangout, a Sport and BBQ Place and a Mall that has everything from a Fashion Store, a Game Store, a Spa and much more.

There are also 2 empty houses, one with 2 bedrooms (20x30, §34,820), one with 1 bedroom (20x20, §14,717).
And there are 8 houses that are occupied and 1 apartment with 4 trailers, of which 2 are occupied.

All Lots have been build by me, except the Goth House. It's based on the Version by aixlachaise.

All Sims have a Family bio and a personal one, giving you possible Gameplay Ideas!

This World is CC free, checked by the Hood Checker and (almost) unplayed. The only thing I did was move everybody in. Everything else was done in SimPe. All Universal NPCs are untouched and unchanged. So there should be no hood corruption or absolutely no danger for other Hoods.
Beside the Townies I created there are no other ones, no Pleasentview defaults and no strays! If you want to keep it that way, you will possibly need a mod like notownieregen.
