This is Summervane, my desert town inspired by west texas. It has long roads and will complement diners, motels, gas stations, and general stores beautifully.
The residential area can house a good number of families with lots of different sizes.

The neighborhood was created using clean templates and empty stealth hood templates. No Sims or townies were generated, but secret lots do appear to have been created. The neighborhood is fully decorated and ready to welcome new lots!

Backstory:
Summervane is a semi-arid settlement with a small population and unusually long roads. Originally planned by its founders to remain isolated, the town was built with primitive infrastructure but an oddly ambitious standard of living. With limited access points, both residents and outsiders find it strangely difficult to leave or arrive. Yet despite its remoteness, Summervane is a tightly knit community in the middle of nowhere, but doesn't act like it.
